Dancing, sweating and good times!
My inspiration to try BBX was that I was keeping losing weight on different ready-to-eat diets and gaining even more back. Even if I did have small weight loss successes, I wasn’t happy because my muscles were weak and my body just did not look at fit as I wanted. This time I decided to do a major life-change. I improved my diet, took additional BBX workshops to improve my technique and started my weight loss journey for real. I look forward to each class, lots of music, dancing, sweating and good times. This was the most fun I ever had losing weight!!! I lost 28 lbs and 27 inches and enjoyed every minute of it! And it is so easy to maintain your weight, there is no way you can stop doing BBX!
