I lost a total of 28 pounds and now I wear a size 4!

A year after having my youngest son, I realized I weighed 151 pounds and that was the heaviest I've ever been. I was tired of not feeling good, tired of buying size 12 clothes, and tired of not having enough energy to play with my boys, so I decided to do something about it. I signed myself up to run a half marathon, and thought training for it would help me lose weight, but it didn't help. After running (well mostly walking the half marathon), I was more determined to get the pounds off to gain more energy. One night I got a call from Lucy asking me to try out her BBX class. I was so hesitant because I didn't know what it entailed but I decided to go for it! When I arrived, I was so nervous. I remember wearing workout pants and an extra-large shirt to cover my body since I was still uncomfortable with how I looked. Yes, I was lost, but I kept on moving to the awesome music. From then on, I was hooked!!!! Slow but surely, I moved closer to the front and I started to wear smaller fitted shirts. With the combination of a healthy diet and my BBX class, I started to see the pounds shed away. I was so excited that I even bought my very first BBX tank top to wear. I lost a total of 28 pounds and now I wear a size 4! I've been able to maintain my weight and I owe it all to BBX. BBX has helped me in so many ways. Not only do I now feel good about myself, I also have a lot more energy to keep up with my two boys. Lucy is an incredible coach who cares about every single one of her students. She always encourages us to push ourselves and she is determined to help every single one of us reach our goals. Thank you Lucy for believing in all of us!
