I have lost 20 pounds!
I was a dancer for 12 years and never had a problem with my weight, never went to the gym, and ate whatever I wanted. I continued to never go to the gym and eat poorly even after I stopped taking dance classes. To make things worse I added 30 pounds during the course of culinary school to my already overweight frame. Exhausted, overweight, unhappy, and frustrated I would go to the gym for hours thinking the weight would melt off. When that didn’t work I tried every diet imaginable, diet pills, and almost starving myself to lose the weight. I would gain and lose the same 30 pounds and thought nothing would ever work to keep it off. I saw an article about BBX and instantly became interested in what the classes were offering. I was hesitant to try it because I thought I wouldn’t be able to keep up but I forced myself to go. I immediately fell in love with the workout even though my body hated me after the first class. I kept going and have been going ever since. In January of 2010 I joined the 30-day weight loss program through BBX to not only accelerate my weight loss but to finally learn a healthy way to do it. Since then I have lost 20 pounds and have never felt better. My endurance has improved, I have a ton of energy, I am seeing toned muscles all over my body, and just happier over all. I can’t say enough about BBX and about Dede! This is the only workout that makes me sweat, pushes me, and that I look forward to going to. Thanks to BBX and Dede I am more motivated than ever to continue my weight loss journey and to keep it off for good!
