I lost 15 pounds and 4% body fat!
After I had my 3rd (and last!) kid, I was excited to get my body back but was dreading the whole "gym thing". It took me about 2 years to get close to my pre-pregnancy body after my second child, which was right before I became pregnant with #3! I learned of BBX from a friend, who also happens to be an instructor. My initial thought was "Is this just another fitness gimmick?" However, I figured I would give it a shot, I had nothing to lose but the weight! Thank goodness I did! BBX is an intense, high-energy workout that is fun and produces results. To say it's an efficient workout doesn't do BBX justice. With 3 children, I don't have a lot of time to spend on my fitness goals. I need something that can help me lose weight and tone muscle fast. To sum up my success, in 3 months, I lost 15 pounds and 4% body fat. I dropped from my maternity clothes to a size 4 (and I was an 8 pre-pregnancy)!!! I don't think I was even a size 4 in high school! Not only is my husband enjoying the results but I feel great and for the first time in a long time, I like the way I look! Bottom line: this is the only workout I can see myself doing!
